Everyone who passed his cabin always took a peek. In his absence, the chair lay lonesome in a room that pulsated with intellect.

Then there were days when the room glowed with wisdom as he sat on the chair, immersed, looking into the laptop screen, thinking, strategising, busy!

More often than not, a knock would break the man's reverie. And he'd look up, a picture of compassion, with a welcoming demeanour. Never annoyed, always ready to help!

Although he leads from the front, he also stands behind his team, guiding and urging the people around him to exceed expectations.

He never pushes. He just changes perspectives with his logic. The man, the leader, is the Corporate Candyman.

He once kept candies for everyone who came to meet him. Now, he has taken a new fondness for spicy food. Perhaps, he is looking for that sweet, savoury, yet spicy condiment that he can replace in the candy jar.

After all, in the world of corporate games, it is the Candyman who holds all the incentive cards—give some, deny some, or shock all by changing tactics like the candies in his corporate jar.
