Dhurandhar, a Hindi word means ‘The one who Excels’. With the release of the Bollywood/ Hindi film by the same name on December 5, 2025, the world saw a new definition to excellent cinema. the ultimate Indian film became the best wrap up of the year- 2025.

But the world did not wait till December to see why India, our Bharat stood as a stalwart in more than one way. There were Several Dhruandhar Moments that made India proud! Let’s give them a salute too.

The best part, India, our Bharat had zero casualties of Defense personnel.

No marketing. No over the top PR. Just a Ranveer Singh shenanigan that probably saw some shy away from the film as long as they could. Dhurandhar released on December 5 and by December 31 had crossed the ₹1000 crore mark! One of the longest Bollywood films in Bharat’s history was so engrossing that viewers ended up watching two shows back-to-back. Top notch acting, storytelling, cinematography, casting, music, and more, Dhurandhar was a technical genius, a treat that a moviegoer will want to watch repeatedly on a loop.

Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar was the perfect sum up to 2025. Quality will prevail, be it that of intention, effort, patriotism, planning, Execution and Art! Here is a standing ovation to all the Dhurandhars who prevailed and also to those who tried and failed or perished.
